  Bought a car from Fleet today and am very happy with the car and their service.
  
  Matthew the salesman was great, very helpful and actually honest and decent (I didn't think car dealers indulged in that sort of activity).
  
  Once all the paperwork was sorted I drove off in the car and noticed a rattling/creaking sound. I'd heard it on the test drive previously and Matthew said the mechanics had fixed the problem by replacing the fixings on the boot trim but they'd unfortunately missed the real cause of the problem.
  
  I went back and they couldn't have been more helpful. I had 2 guys doing everything they could possibly do to locate a pesky, hard to find, small but irritating problem. We got there in the end - it was a just the struts that lower the boot down that needed a bit of WD40 TLC and now all is good.
  
  Personally I dread the thought of buying second hand cars, and one of the dealers I spoke to on the phone before these guys tried to sell me a write off which just re-enforced this.
  
  These guys were a breath of a fresh air so I'm happy to endorse them as I'd honestly like to see them get more business.
